Montoyua Ann Ponder is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Ponder That! Consulting, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience spanning education, social services, public service, leadership development, and community advocacy, she helps individuals and organizations build knowledge, strengthen capacity, and create lasting impact.
As an educator, adjunct professor, doctoral researcher, and consultant, Montoyua specializes in literacy development, trauma-responsive systems, organizational leadership, workforce readiness, and human-centered learning. Her work bridges research and practice, translating complex concepts into practical strategies that support schools, organizations, families, and communities.
She is the creator of the Think → Write → Communicate™ model, developer of the Learn → Apply → Lead™ Performance Cycle, and architect of the TRIAD Framework™, the signature methodology that guides all work across Ponder That! Consulting, LLC.
